Where are you located and where do you deliver?

Set Catering is located in the heart of Brisbane, in Woolloongabba. We deliver delectable catering platters and grazing boxes to customers all across Brisbane; up to 120km from the Brisbane CBD. Delivery costs will be adjusted based on the delivery location and order value. View more important delivery details here.

What days and times do you deliver?

Our standard delivery times are between 6am and 3pm, Monday to Friday and 7am to 1pm on Saturdays. Sundays, public holidays, and after-hours deliveries may be available upon request. Speak to a Set Catering team member if you’ve got a bespoke delivery requirement.

How far in advance should I order catering?

We recommend booking our catering services as early as possible to ensure availability and seamless planning. While standard orders typically require advanced notice to adequately prepare and deliver exceptional culinary experiences, we understand that sometimes circumstances require flexibility. However, our agile team will do whatever it takes to fulfill last-minute orders - just get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll see how we can work our magic! We’ll truly try our best to accommodate your needs.
